What are the delivery options?

For nearby areas, customers can arrange pick-up via Grab or the Lalamove app. We recommend selecting the 200kg or 300kg option to ensure the safety of your unit.

We deliver nationwide across the Philippines. For specific locations, delivery times, and any potential additional charges, please contact our customer service or check our delivery policy on our website.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our store at 3691 Bautista Street, Makati. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

How are deliveries handled for areas not accessible by Lalamove or Grab?

For areas not accessible by Lalamove or Grab, delivery will be handled by AP Cargo, FLASH, or Daily Overland. The delivery amount will be determined upon pickup as it depends on the size, weight, and distance of the delivery. Estimated cost ranges from 1-4K PHP.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for parts and ready-to-ship builds, subject to availability.

What is the lead time for orders?

Orders are typically fulfilled in less than three (3) business days. However, to accommodate unexpected delays and surges in order volume, our lead time is 1-5 business days.

Who shoulders the delivery fee?

The delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer.
