Warranty Policy

We take great care and pride in crafting custom-built systems of the highest quality. All our custom builds undergo rigorous testing before being shipped to you.

However, it's essential to acknowledge that no technology is entirely immune to the possibility of defects or malfunctions. As part of our commitment, we offer a minimum 1-year warranty, provided the product has no physical damage.

When you receive your unit, you will find it packaged with all the original boxes of the components used, along with a detailed receipt. Please keep these safe, as they will be necessary for any warranty claims in the future.

If you ever notice anything unusual with your unit, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our dedicated support and tech team are here to help you determine the cause and suggest the best next steps.

THE RIG BUILDERS 

I. Definition of Terms

Product - refers to hardware manufactured for or by the company bearing the "TRB" trademark, trade name, or logo purchased directly from TRB.

Original Purchaser - any consumer that purchases and possesses a product directly from TRB.

End-user - the ultimate product consumer and constitutes anyone who owns and uses a TRB product.

Date of Original Retail Purchase - refers to the date the original purchaser bought the product from TRB.


II. Scope of Warranty

TRB warrants its hardware products against defects in merchandise and quality for one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase unless additional parts are purchased.


A. Coverage

TRB warrants to the original purchaser that any part of the hardware system, excluding software, documentation, and similar terms, will be free of quality defects and materials for the warranty period included with the purchase, starting from the date of collection or delivery.

During the product's warranty period, TRB will repair or replace defective hardware for defects specified and found in the product, free of charge.

The cost of parts will also be provided free of charge during the warranty period. However, TRB shall not be liable for warranty service for products damaged by accident, abuse, customer-induced damage, misuse, or misapplication. This also applies if the customer has modified the product without written agreement from TRB.

Any issues caused by voltage manipulation and liquid damage will not be covered under the TRB warranty. Any replacement parts will be warranted to be free of defects of quality and material for (3) three months from the time of replacement or for the remainder of the warranty period of the TRB product it is replacing (whichever is longer).

B. Dead Pixel Policy

The TRB warranty does not cover dead pixels on LCD panels. TRB conforms to the industry premium standard acceptable level of 2 to 4 defective bright/dark pixels. It is considered sufficient to deliver the ultimate visual experience to customers if the panel has less than or equal to the above number of dots.

C. Procedure

If a suspected defect is found, the customer must contact the TRB team via Messenger or email us at info@therigbuilders.ph

TRB will guide you to diagnose or solve the problem. TRB will require its technicians to physically work on the machine if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone or by email.

The customer must bring the product to and from TRB's service center.

The machine must be returned in its original packaging, including foam inside and around the PC, as per how it was received originally by the customer.

TRB will not be liable for damage to the product during transport, and any repairs for transit damage will be at the customer's expense.

TRB will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law:
(1) repair the Product (using new or refurbished replacement parts);
(2) replace the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product; or
(3) issue a partial refund of the original purchase price if, for some reason, the Product cannot be repaired or replaced—provided you return it during the parts warranty period.

Diagnosis will typically be within 1-2 business days - we will let you know the expected time frame for any repairs or replacement parts. However, TRB cannot guarantee the provided time frames as repairs or replacement is out of TRB's jurisdiction.

Graphics cards are intended only for use with desktop PCs. Other types of use, such as blockchain computing or cryptocurrency mining, will void the product warranty.

III. No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason. Once a product has been purchased, it is considered a final sale.

IV. Compatibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product they purchase is compatible with their needs. We do not offer refunds or returns for products that are not compatible with a customer's system or software.

Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and quality for one year from purchase. During this warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product at no charge.
